Evaluation

For the final part of my documentary, it was to show it to my peers and ask them to give me feedback on it. Watching my documentary over and over, I realize that there were some part I could have shortened and added something different. What I liked most about my project was that even though my plan and ideas changed and removed a lot of my ideas, I was still able to explain my topic. The pictures that I used and having put perspectives from other people made the topic easier to comprehend without any voice overs.  Felt that I needed to add interview videos  by me or even from YouTube. I realized that just having pictures and music in the background can get boring. I knew that I did not have enough time but even though I did my documentary is about 16 minutes I’m quite proud of it and decided that if I went further I may over do it. So these were the questions I came up with:

Mary Stanly: 

· Yup, it was entertaining, the music and the different transitions were interesting. The questions you asked and the concept wasn't typical.
· The tutorials. They were interesting to watch. You learned about a new beauty trick and what girls do!
· maybe add some videos with no music that just interviews .
· Yup.. Self centered girly girls 

Katie Baur:

· i really liked the music and the way you put the images into the video, I feel as if it was very appealing to the eyes.

· my favourite part is hard. I really liked the images you included from the website, because I think that most girls can relate to the things stated, which really helps draw the audience more into the video because they feel a connection.

· I'm not sure what you could have done better....

· I think I could get a good general idea of the topic from the documentary

Chloe Lethborg:

· I loved your documentary it was interesting and full of facts. The images and videos you used were fantastic!

· I liked the videos they really made the documentary interesting. Including the video of you putting on your make up and doing your hair!

· I think that you could have made it shorter, it was really long.

· YES! it was very straight forward.

Caroline Chettri:

· Yes, because it was interesting to see everyone’s opinion about self obsessed girls and what guys think about it.

· I liked your tutorials (why) Because i think it actually teaches people and I would actually like follow it if I wanted to do that hairstyle or something

· I think the documentary could have used more videos, it was mostly just like pictures and stuff.
